Applicability of conditions Pneumatici Italia is a B2C and B2B online shop, owned by Turco Gomme s.r.l.s. which sells to both private users and companies. All products, orders and payments in the Pneumatici Italia shop are subject exclusively to these General Conditions of Sale. By making online purchases on the Tires Italia e-commerce site, the customer declares to have read these General Conditions of Sale and accepts them without reservation.

Quality and

product guarantee Most of the items (tyres, rims and inner tubes) for cars offered in the Tires Italy e-commerce are new; new car tires carry the EU tire label and are certified. Tires Italy dedicates a section to used items, both tires and rims, specifying it in the item's technical data sheet. The tires sold are new up to the age of 36 months and the product warranty extends for 5 years. For non used no more than 5 years old, the purchase and installation are technically harmless. However, they will have a limited useful life, as industry organizations recommend replacing tires after 10 years. Due to the technical nature and specific application of the products sold by Pneumatici Italia, the customer must strictly comply with the instructions for use, safety standards and recommendations for use. The tires must be mounted on the vehicle for which they were purchased, the assembly must be carried out by a recognized and certified mechanic, the goods must be stored indoors and dry. After fitting, the tires must be used at the correct pressure and you are responsible at all times for driving with the correct tires at the correct pressure. Pneumatici Italia is in no case responsible for damage to the products purchased or for any consequential damage resulting from incorrect storage, incorrect assembly, incorrect use or use with incorrect pressure, under any circumstances. Operation under abnormal conditions will also void any warranty.

Conclusion of the contract and

order mode Through our e-commerce site it is possible to purchase tyres, rims and inner tubes. The order for the items you have chosen is binding. Telephone orders, as well as those via the internet, have the same legal value. By placing the order you declare that you accept the general conditions and that you wish to purchase the items you have chosen. We will send you a confirmation of the order via e-mail. The confirmation of the order does not, however, imply acceptance of the same. The contract will have binding force upon receipt of the goods and at the latest upon expiry of the 14-day right of withdrawal. Please save and/or print the general conditions of sale and the order confirmation.

Right to

withdrawal It is possible to revoke the contract within two weeks, starting from delivery of the goods, without giving reasons. The revocation must be received in writing, for example by e-mail. To take advantage of the right of revocation, it will be sufficient to communicate it in time or return the goods.

Order status, tracking and order invoicing

Pneumatici Italia sends the following e-mail messages to the customer for the correct administrative processing of the order:
An order confirmation immediately after placing the order
Confirmation of receipt of payment by the chosen payment platform, practically immediately after the order if this is paid online by the customer.
Confirmation of departure of goods with tracking number(s).
The order invoice will be found inside your package delivered by our couriers.

Returns

Returns are possible without reason from the customer within 14 days of online purchase, as described in the EU guidelines. This right of return only applies if the goods can be collected by Turco Gomme s.r.l.s. in the packaging original. Under no circumstances will Turco Gomme s.r.l.s. accept returns of tires that are dirty, damaged or that have already been mounted, under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. The customer is required to inform Turco Gomme s.r.l.s. of the return, in so that Turco Gomme s.r.l.s. can organize the collection. As soon as the planned return meets all the conditions, the customer will be fully refunded for his order, including delivery costs, but less the return costs. Payment will be made once Turco Gomme s.r.l.s. will have received confirmation of receipt of the returned goods. For the refund, the same payment method used by the customer to carry out the original transaction is used.

Applicable law, complaints, disputes and arbitration

The contracts stipulated online by the customer on the Turco Gomme e-commerce site are governed by Italian law. Although not expressly provided here, the legal provisions applicable to the relationships and cases provided for in the contract stipulated online by the customer with Turco apply Tires. All the clauses forming part of the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE must be explicitly accepted by the customer under penalty of being unable to complete the order. For this purpose they are re-proposed at the end of the order and are subject to the activation of an acceptance FLAG by part of the customer.
