Pursuant to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2020/740, a new model of labels for tires intended for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks is in force from 1 May 2021. The labels contain information relating to: fuel consumption and wet braking distance (five-grade rating scale), as well as noise emission (three-grade rating scale). Furthermore, they point out the increased grip when driving in three-grade rating conditions degrees). Furthermore, they indicate greater grip when driving in difficult conditions, with the presence of ice.
