Our delivery times vary on average between 2 and 7 working days, within Italy. Delivery times depend on whether the item ordered is available in our store or not.
FREE shipping throughout Italy, including islands. For deliveries in Europe we expect the standard shipping cost of the most important Italian shippers.
Pneumatici Italia undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with what was ordered by the customer. In the event of delivery of a damaged product or one that does not comply with the order, the customer has the possibility to refuse delivery, indicating this on the delivery note which must be requested from the delivery person. The customer also has 14 days from the date of receipt to verify the conformity of the delivered products and inform us of the incident via e-mail or telephone.
